This Privacy Notice explains how Aurea Doula Alliance handles contact, registry, and website information.

Registry Verification only

The website supports registry verification, community interest, and contact requests. Information submitted through email is handled for inquiry response and community updates. AUREA uses contact information to respond to inquiries, manage updates, and improve public resources.

When real collection begins

Before any form information is collected or stored, AUREA intends to put in place:

• A secure backend API for submissions
• A published Privacy Policy (this page)
• Explicit, informed consent at the point of collection
• Spam protection
• Clear data-retention rules
• Visible success and error states

Analytics and cookies

This registry verification site does not currently set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated and a consent mechanism may be introduced.
