AUREA publishes this roadmap so that anyone — families, providers, or future advisors — can see what we intend to deliver, and when. Dates are commitments we will update publicly if they change.
Quarter-by-quarter milestones
Public comment on Foundations module
Open the first draft of the Foundations, Newborn Care, and Postpartum Recovery domains (Standards 1–3) for structured public comment. Comments collected through the Founding Community will be acknowledged in a public response log.

Draft v0.2 + Advisory Panel announcement
Publish a revised standards draft incorporating the Q4 public comments. Publish the names, affiliations, and selection criteria of the founding Advisory Panel — pending their confirmation. Open Ethics and Assessment domains (Standards 7–8) for a second round of public comment.

Provider-review framework final draft
Publish the final draft of the proposed provider-review criteria — including the conflict-of-interest controls that govern how any future recognition of a training provider (including Luran) would be evaluated. This is published as a draft, not as a policy in force.

Legal formation + governance documents published
File the legal entity (entity type to be determined in Q1 2027 based on jurisdiction and tax counsel). Publish: bylaws, conflict-of-interest policy, board composition criteria, public-comment procedures, and the secure registry backend's documented record-management procedures.

Credentialing beta launch
Open a public beta of the proposed AUREA credentialing process for a limited cohort of training programs. The beta does not constitute a credentialed cohort — it is a controlled test of assessment, registry, and verification mechanics. Beta findings and any resulting standards changes are published before any general credentialing.

What is not on this roadmap
- Becoming a government-recognised accreditor or licensing body. AUREA does not intend to seek that status.
- Endorsing, accrediting, or partnering with any specific training provider during the in-formation period.
- Charging providers or learners for credentialing during the beta phase.
- Issuing credentials outside the postpartum & newborn-care scope defined on the Standards page.
How to give input
Public comment on each milestone is invited through the Founding Community. Comments are read by the AUREA editorial team and acknowledged in the public response log when a milestone closes.
